Senior Litigation Attorney – Civil & Real Estate Litigation | Full-Time | Hybrid

This is an excellent opportunity for an attorneywith extensive civil litigation, construction defect, and/or real estatelitigation experience, including significant trial work, to join a growingpractice, lead complex litigation matters, and play a key role in the firm'scontinued success.

Schedule: Full-Time | Hybrid (remote option available) | Monday - Friday

What You’ll Do

In this role, the senior attorney will manage asubstantial caseload, mentor junior attorneys, and expand the team as thepractice continues to grow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle complex civil litigation and realestate cases from intake to resolution
• Draft pleadings, motions, and otherlegal documents & conduct legal research and analysis
• Advise clients on legal strategies,negotiate settlements, and represent them in court
• Manage discovery, depositions, and allphases of litigation
• Lead trials, court appearances & otherproceedings as needed
• Interpret and apply laws, rulings, andregulations
• Mentor junior attorneys and contributeto team development
• Collaborate with firm leadership to growand expand the practice
• Option to bring personal cases for ahigher compensation percentage

What We Are Looking For

Requirements:

• Texas Bar License (Required)
• 8–10+ years of experience in civillitigation and/or real estate law
• Extensive trail experience, including servingas first-chair in complex litigation
• Ability to independently manage ahigh-volume caseload from inception through trial
• Demonstratedleadership skills with experience or interest in mentoring junior attorneys
