The HR team plays a vital role in maintaining that culture and ensuring employees have the support they need to succeed.

You'll partner closely with leadership, managers, and employees across multiple departments, serving as a trusted resource on HR matters while helping drive consistency, accountability, and positive workplace experiences. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing strategic HR initiatives with hands-on employee support.

• Manage employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, training coordination, and offboarding processes.
• Lead investigations, documentation, and resolution of employee concerns while ensuring compliance with employment regulations.

• Analyze HR metrics, maintain employee records, and recommend process improvements that enhance efficiency and employee engagement.
• 5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience with strong generalist responsibilities.
• Knowledge of California employment law, employee relations, leaves of absence, and compliance requirements.
• Experience working with HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office applications, including Excel reporting and data analysis.
• Prior experience supporting manufacturing, agriculture, food production, distribution, or other operational environments is preferred.

• Opportunity to work directly with leadership and contribute to important business decisions.
• High-visibility role with meaningful influence on culture, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness.
• Collaborative team environment where HR is viewed as a strategic business partner rather than an administrative function.
This organization values professionals who can build strong relationships, navigate complex employee matters, and bring practical HR solutions to the table. The right individual will have the opportunity to make a measurable impact while helping shape programs and processes that support both employees and business objectives.
