Responsibilities:

• Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end recruitment process ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers.
• Oversee the development and implementation of effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
• Utilize Oracle Taleo to manage and track candidate applications.
• Conduct thorough candidate screenings interviews and assessments to identify the best fit for the company.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
• Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and job boards.
• Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Up to date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
• Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities to senior management.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and tools.

 
Requirements:

• Qualifications Should have a demonstrable experience as an internal corporate recruiter.
• Experienced with Senior Level appointments. Commercial/Sales recruitment experience is required.
• Must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Should have a proven track record of successfully filling positions.
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Should have knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• Must be proficient in using recruitment software and tools.
• Should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Must be able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Should have experience in developing and implementing recruitment strategies.
• Must be committed to providing a positive candidate experience.
