Talent Acquisition Manager at Holding Company Modeled After Berkshire Hathaway

Hunger and drive to succeed in a fast paced environment
Ability to thrive without a lot of structure
Strong project management (superb at to do lists, meticulous execution, managing multiple workstreams and lots of correspondence)
Highly organized, great attention to detail, solutions oriented
Comfortable with performance based pay
Your background might look like:

5+ years of full cycle recruiting experience, with at least 2 years in private equity, finance or operations
Proven ability to build recruiting infrastructure, not just fill requisitions
Strong sourcing instincts: Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networks and niche job boards are second nature
Comfortable in a fast moving, PE backed growth environment with changing priorities and lean structure
Data driven: you track everything and use metrics to improve the process, not just report activity
Strong communicator and relationship builder who earns trust fast with hiring managers and candidates
Compensation: $100,000 base salary, bonus of up to $20,000+ depending on performance, and $5,000 bonus paid per signed offer letter.
