Our Client, in downtown Portland, is seeking a full-time attorney with a minimum of 6 years of business experience to join theirBusiness Practice Group. This position offers the opportunity to work on a broad range of business transactions, including:

Mergers & acquisitions
Sales and purchases of real estate
Real and personal property-based financing
Business formations and general corporate matters
Intellectual property
Experience in tax, securities, land use or environmental is a plus
