The Finance Operations Specialist supports both the Finance Manager and Payroll Manager in executing day-to-day finance operations and maintaining the accuracy and integrity of the firm's financial records. This role includes performing reconciliations across the firm's accounting, case cost, and expense systems, assists with accounts payable, and identifies, investigates, and resolves discrepancies that surface across reports and platforms. The position also provides backup support for payroll for adjacent tasks. Note: This role does not process payroll. Success in this role calls for exceptional attention to detail, comfort working in environments where outcomes are binary (correct vs. incorrect), and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines while handling confidential information with discretion.
