Location: New Orleans, LA

Summary

The Senior Administrative Coordinator, Reunion Giving assists the Senior Director and the Class Officers with day-to-day operations within the unit, including travel and administrative support and inventory/supply management.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
• Excellent organizational skills, with an attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate in a sensitive and courteous manner
• Knowledge of standard software applications including but not limited to, word processing, database management, and/or spreadsheet software. Strong communication skills.
• Familiar with operation of electronic office machines (phones, copiers, fax, etc.).
• Ability to work occasional nights and weekends.

Required Education and/or Experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
AND
• 3 years of office or administrative support experience.

Preferred Qualifications
• Extensive experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Access, and Excel) preferred.

Compensation Information

This position is classified as "non-exempt, hourly" and is assigned to pay grade 24.
