Financial institution seeks a Senior Administrative Assistant to provide operational support to senior leadership.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate travel arrangements, manage internal calendars, and schedule meetings and appointments.
Prepare executive correspondence, presentations, and documents.
Assist with financial management by processing expense reports.
Collect data, perform research, and prepare business reports.
Assist with technical writing and develop content for blogs and social media posts.
Answer and screen incoming phone calls and direct calls to appropriate personnel.
Attend meetings and events as requested.
Other responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines effectively.
Sound judgement and excellent problem-solving skills.
Highly organized and attentive to detail.
Professional and positive attitude.
Strong foresight and ability to anticipate needs.
Ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
Familiarity with standard office policies and procedures.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, CRM databases, and social media platforms.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
Minimum of three (3) years of experience providing administrative support to executives.
Salary: $80,000 – $85,000 per year.
