Job Title: Senior Administrative Assistant
Location: San Jose, CA (Hybrid)
Contract Duration: 24 months
Pay Rate Range: $40.00 - $43.90/hr on W2
Work Authorization: USC or GC only
 
HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL DO
Summary:
  • We are looking for an experienced Senior Administrative Assistant to provide support to Senior Director leadership within the Global Enterprise Marketing team.
  • Your role will complement and support the leaders for our team’s overarching goals and objectives.  
 
What you'll Do  
  • Maintain calendar, coordinate scheduling, filter and manage commitments  
  • Arrange domestic and international travel  
  • Coordinate special projects and events: Offsite events, social and team building activities, client and staff meetings  
  • Plan and support quarterly All Hands and team onsite   
  • Process business expenses and purchase orders on behalf of the Senior Directors  
  • Regularly collaborate with cross-functional Administrative & Executive Assistants and provide back up for vacation/illness  
  • Assist direct staff and others in the department as needed  
 
What you'll need to succeed  
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience  
  • 5+ years of relevant experience  
  • Strong attention to detail while working effectively with minimal direction  
  • Clear and concise executive level communication  
  • Ability to remain flexible, embrace change and manage expectations in ambiguous or challenging situations  
  • Handles confidential information with integrity and exercise discretion  
  • Can juggle multiple demands simultaneously, from the mundane to the more strategic and prioritize conflicting requests and deadlines  
  • Ability to travel occasionally to provide on-site support at events/conferences  
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint) and other office productivity tools (Slack, email, calendaring)  
  • Positive, proactive, and can-do attitude in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment  
 
Education:
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
