Senior Accountant
Salary: $85,000 - $110,000
Location: Springfield, MA

Key Responsibilities for the Senior Accountant:
- Lead key aspects of the month-end and year-end close process
- Prepare and analyze financial statements and supporting schedules
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Perform complex account reconciliations and investigate variances
- Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and strengthen internal controls
- Support accounting integration activities related to acquisitions and company growth
Qualifications for the Senior Accountant:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 3+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Experience with month-end close, financial reporting, and account reconciliations
