Senior Accountant
Salary: $80,000 – $90,000

Key Responsibilities for the Senior Accountant:

• Lead assigned month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities
• Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, financial statements, and supporting schedules
• Maintain fixed asset records, depreciation schedules, and related accounting transactions
• Support budgeting, variance analysis, and financial reporting for leadership
• Assist with annual audits, regulatory reporting, and year-end financial processes
• Partner with Finance, Payroll, AP, and operational teams to resolve accounting issues and improve processes

Qualifications for the Senior Accountant:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Accounting preferred)
• 3+ years of full-cycle accounting experience, including month-end close and general ledger accounting
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, account reconciliations, and financial statement preparation
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with accounting software systems
• Nonprofit accounting experience, CPA designation/eligibility, and multi-entity accounting experience are preferred
