LaSalle Network is hiring for a Senior Accountant with a commercial real estate and property management-leading company known for a clear succession plan, exceptional stability, and a highly collaborative, relationship-driven culture. This Senior Accountant opportunity is based in Nashville, TN and offers a hybrid environment with four days in the office and one day remote, plus flexible start times.

Responsibilities:

• Own and support full-cycle accounting processes across multiple entities and properties
• Personally own and execute month-end close, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and related close activities
• Prepare and/or support financial statement preparation and related schedules
• Complete bank reconciliations and maintain accurate account reconciliations
• Support cash flow activities, including cash management, payables, and accruals as needed
• Provide property reporting and multi-entity / multi-property accounting support
• Partner cross-functionally with operational leaders, including property management, to communicate financial information clearly and build strong working relationships

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of accounting experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
• Strong month-end close experience with personal ownership (not only assisting)
• Full-cycle accounting capability with the ability to explain how transactions flow through financial statements
• Experience in a multi-entity / multi-property / multi-location environment
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate in a long-tenured, team-oriented environment
• Commercial real estate or property management accounting experience (highly preferred)
• Strong Excel skills
• Experience preparing full financial statements
• Yardi experience (helpful, not required)
• Deltek Vantagepoint experience (helpful, not required)
