Compensation: $80,000 - $100,000

What You'll Be Doing

• 
  
• Manage month-end close activities, journal entries, account reconciliations, and general ledger accounting.
• 
  
• Support manufacturing accounting processes, including inventory transactions, job costing, and WIP accounting.
• 
  
• Process payroll and assist with related accounting activities.
• 
  
• Serve as a backup resource for AP/AR and customer billing functions.
• 
  
• Analyze production, purchasing, receiving, and inventory-related transactions across multiple locations.
• 
  
• Partner with operations to understand and support manufacturing financial processes.
• 
  

What They're Looking For

• 
  
• Manufacturing accounting experience is strongly preferred.
• 
  
• Knowledge of job costing, inventory accounting, WIP accounting, and production-related accounting processes.
• 
  
• Associate's degree, Bachelor's degree, or equivalent accounting experience.
• 
  
• Payroll experience and a willingness to support multiple accounting functions.
• 
  
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a hands-on environment with evolving processes.
• 
  
• Strong problem-solving skills and operational mindset.
