SENIOR ACCOUNTANT
Salary: $65,000$75,000
About the Role
Seeking a Senior Accountant to support billing, job costing, subcontract administration, financial reporting, and accounting operations across multiple business units.
Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly project billings and review project costs.
- Manage subcontractor documentation, pay requests, insurance, and bonding.
- Support month-end close, job costing, inventory, and financial reporting.
- Prepare sales/use tax filings and journal entries.
- Assist with collections, liens, releases, budgets, and forecasts.
- Support and/or supervise Accounts Payable activities.
- Partner with Project Managers and accounting leadership to ensure accurate financial reporting.
Qualifications
- High school diploma required; Bachelors in Accounting or Business preferred.
- Project, construction, or job-cost accounting experience preferred.
- Advanced Excel skills required.
- SAP or other ERP experience preferred.
- Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage deadlines and occasional extended hours.
