Senior Accountant Responsibilities

As the Senior Accountant, you will:

• 
  
• Own key portions of the monthly, quarterly, and annual close process
• 
  
• Prepare and review journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations
• 
  
• Maintain the general ledger and ensure accurate financial reporting
• 
  
• Support revenue recognition and deferred revenue accounting
• 
  
• Review employee expense reports and oversee accounts payable activities
• 
  
• Assist with customer billing and invoicing
• 
  
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and internal controls
• 
  
• Partner with finance and operational leaders on special projects
• 
  

What We're Looking For

• 
  
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 
  
• 4+ years of progressive accounting experience
• 
  
• Strong knowledge of month-end close, reconciliations, and U.S. GAAP
• 
  
• Advanced Excel skills (PivotTables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP)
• 
  
• NetSuite experience preferred
• 
  
• SaaS or software industry experience is a plus—not required
•
