- E-file incoming court filings
- Invoicing and email communications with client
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a legal, administrative, or secretarial role preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Familiarity with legal terminology or document processing is a plus
