We are seeking a temporary Seasonal Sales Coordinator to support the Premium Seat Sales team at multiple live music venues during the busy season in Salt Lake City.
Responsibilities include assisting with sales and administration of premium seat programs, managing client relationships, overseeing accounts receivable, coordinating on-site event services, processing tickets, maintaining client databases, and prospecting new clients through cold calls.
Ideal candidates will have an associate degree (bachelor preferred), strong communication and customer service skills, high energy, organization, creativity, and 1-2 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is required.
