SEASONAL- Gateway Lead Specialist - Pikes Peak Highway (PT Administrative Support)
About the Job: Pikes Peak - America's Mountain (PPAM) seeks a highly motivated and courteous individual for a part-time, seasonal opportunity. Under the guidance of professional staff, the Gateway Lead Specialist will obtain practical experience working in the tourism and hospitality industry at a world-renowned site. In this position, the Gateway Lead Specialist will be responsible for assisting in providing leadership for the daily operations at the gateway. Regular duties include processing point-of-sale reports, troubleshooting business operations technology, serving as an authority to resolve guest complaints, conducting radio communications, and assisting in completing a variety of reporting logs.
Job Type: Seasonal
Work Schedule: Normal work hours require working at least one weekend day - either Saturday or Sunday. The schedule for this position will include one weekend day and some holidays. Shift times will vary depending on the season. There will typically be three to four, 8-hour shifts, totaling 24 to 32 hours scheduled each week. This is not a full-time position.
