Drive New Logo Growth & Market Expansion

  • Identify, target, and win new enterprise accounts with significant revenue potential.
  • Lead the full sales cycle—from prospecting to contract execution—with strong YOY pipeline growth.
  • Build insight-led pursuit strategies that position Sodexo as a strategic partner.

Lead Complex, Multi‑Solution Deal Execution

  • Architect customized, integrated solutions for mega‑deal opportunities.
  • Conduct deep client discovery and translate insights into compelling proposals.
  • Lead executive-level negotiations to secure large, multi-year contracts.

Strengthen Strategic Relationships & Retention

  • Build a national web of influence across C-suite and senior decision-makers.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, ensuring alignment with client priorities.
  • Partner with Operations to support retention and account expansion.
What We Offer:

Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience. • 401(k) Plan with Matching Contributions
  • Paid Time Off and Company Holidays
  • Career Growth Opportunities and Tuition Reimbursement

More extensive information is provided to new employees upon hire.

What You Bring:
  • Success leading large-scale enterprise sales in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
  • Experience with outsourced services or B2B industries.
