We are seeking a motivated, self-starting, and relationship-driven Sales Representative to expand our commercial accounts in the Hampton Roads area. This role offers strong growth opportunity and unlimited earning potential.

Responsibilities:
  • Promote and sell janitorial supplies, packaging materials, office furniture, promotional products, and office supplies
  • Conduct on-site client visits, deliver presentations, and assess customer needs
  • Prepare quotes, proposals, and contract documents
  • Maintain accurate sales records and reporting
  • Work closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and key performance indicators
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, sales, business, or related field
  • Minimum of three years of B2B outside sales experience, preferably in distribution or a related industry
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts effectively
  • Ability to work independently and consistently meet sales targets
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Strong proactive salesperson focused on driving new business
  • Highly self-motivated with a competitive drive to succeed
  • Confident and comfortable performing cold outreach
  • Experienced in managing and closing long, complex sales cycles
  • Demonstrated history of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
Physical Requirements: Medium work - Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects. Essential Requirements: Driving, Lifting, Reaching, Sitting, Standing, Stooping, Walking
