BOXX Modular rents, leases, repairs, renovates and sells temporary and permanent modular buildings, including standard buildings ready for immediate delivery and custom-designed solutions. We are currently hiring for a Sales Representative, responsible for meeting and/or exceeding established sales goals and targets to increase revenue and profit for their operating division and the company. They are also responsible for the general management and maximization of margin percentage, for all their accounts within this defined geographic region.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of proven success in consultative selling to a variety of industries, including construction, education, energy, government/military and more. Experience in Commercial Modular sales/rentals is a plus. Proficiency with Salesforce CRM would also be a strong asset.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Required Qualifications & Skills
5+ years of proven success in consultative B2B sales
Experience selling in one or more of the following industries:
Energy
Government / Military
Experience in commercial modular sales or rentals is a strong asset
Demonstrated ability to manage complex, solution-based sales cycles
Strong negotiation and closing skills with a track record of meeting/exceeding targets
Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
Ability to develop and execute territory or business development plans
Strong communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills
Comfortable with field-based work and regular customer visits
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within territory
