Responsibilities

• Achieve new business production goals and objectives as defined.
• Create customized insurance quotes, deliver persuasive sales presentations, and close sales effectively.
• Build and maintain networking relationships with key professionals, including Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, and others.
• Proactively prospect and generate new business through leads, referrals, and strategic partnerships.

• Genuine willingness to learn, with an intuitive, resourceful, and coachable attitude.
• Strong self-starter with a sense of urgency and the ability to work independently.
• Confident and proactive, with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Must hold a valid Property & Casualty insurance license
