Description
We are a local and family-owned dealership not a huge corporation. We have been owned by the same family for over 35 years. You, as an individual, will count when working with us. We have a 17 acre facility full of inventory to sell from. We have an immediate opening at Christopher's Dodge Ram for an car and truck salesperson.
Job Responsibilities
Sell and deliver a minimum number of vehicles per month;
Write and complete sales orders and process paperwork in accordance with dealership policies;
Communicate and follow-up effectively with customers and prospects in all manners of communication;
Keep up-to-date on new products and services within the industry;
Approach, greet, and offer assistance or direction to any customer who enters the dealership showroom or sales lot;
Dress and behave in a professional manner at all times;
Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses;
Exhibit a high level of commitment to customer satisfaction;
Attend training courses as requested by management;
Know and understand the federal, state, and local laws, which govern retail automobile sales;
Clean snow off vehicles when necessary;
Other duties as required.
Qualifications
Previous dealership Automotive Sales Consultant experience is preferred. Previous sales experience of some type is required.

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals;
Ability to add, subtract, multiple and divide in all units of measure;
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form;
Ability to solve practical problems;
Ability to use mobile applications
Valid Colorado Driver’s License;
Must be able to pass pre-employment screening (background, driving, and drug);
Must be at least nineteen years of age.
Prior Automotive Sales Experience ideal but not neccesarly required
State of Colorado Auto Industry Salesperson License
