Qualifications and Detail about the Position
Broad Function
The Sales Representative is responsible for sourcing new sales opportunities and closing sales to achieve goals. This position negotiates with clients, generates leads, qualifies products and manages sales of products and services.
Essential Functions
Promote, demonstrate and instill Brocks Bsafe and Bbest culture in all aspects of the business
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns
Understand client needs and proactively suggest solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to best service client needs and resolve issues
Helps to prospect and identify new business opportunities
Present products and services to potential clients
Closing sales and securing new accounts
Ensure client satisfaction and retention
Act as liaison between operations and the customer, ensuring effective communication and collaboration
Stay on top of industry trends to identify potential opportunities for company growth
Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
Manage and update CRM for regional sales team
Monitor and track sales KPIs, providing updates to leaders
Provide reports to leadership on sales activities and performance
Working Conditions
Working conditions include outdoor and indoor fields, yards and shop locations.
Working indoors in an office environment
Utilization of Personal Protective Equipment is necessary.
Frequent travel as required
