This role is ideal for someone experienced in prospecting, relationship building, building value and closing sales in a fast-paced environment with a shorter sales cycle than many are used to.

The Role
As a Comfort Advisor, you'll help homeowners find the best solutions for HVAC, indoor air quality, water heaters, water filtration, and insulation upgrades while consistently building and managing your own pipeline of opportunities. You'll also be given a territory to develop, build relationships within, and continuously grow through consistent prospecting and community engagement.
This position requires someone who can move efficiently through the sales process, uncover client needs quickly, provide tailored solutions, and confidently ask for the sale - often during the first appointment.
What We're Looking For
5+ years of proven sales success
Strong understanding of the sales process and how to advance it from prospect to close
Experience developing relationships within an assigned territory to deepen community presence and expand Service Legends' area of influence
Ability to provide solutions, build trust quickly, and confidently close deals - often during the initial visit
Comfort operating in a fast-paced environment with shorter sales cycles and high activity expectations
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Highly motivated, confident, and proactive mindset
Strong time management and ability to work independently
Commitment to honesty, integrity, fairness, and professionalism
Key Responsibilities
Create and develop self-generated sales opportunities daily
Actively prospect within your assigned territory to strengthen relationships, build value in our brand and products and expand market presence
Engage prospects in person, by phone, and through neighborhood outreach
Assist in running company-provided leads
Present tailored solutions and financing options to homeowners
Manage a shorter sales cycle by identifying needs, overcoming objections, and closing opportunities efficiently
Maintain strong follow-up and pipeline activity
Collaborate with technicians, coordinators, and installers to ensure a seamless client experience
Stay current on industry trends and Service Legends offerings

Salary plus Commission and Bonus
