The Fountain Group, a national staffing firm, are currently seeking a Sales Planning Analyst for a prominent client of ours. This position is fully remote. Details for the position are as follows:
 
Job Description:
  • Pay: $55 – 66.67/hr (W2)
  • 5-month assignment with potential to extend based on performance and continued need.
  • Fully remote role
  • You will provide analytic data to support annual sales planning, including quota planning, go-to-market modeling, capacity modeling, and optimization.
  • You will convert raw data into well-presented, actionable business information that drives decisions.
  • You will track and report on sales performance metrics, average discounts, and non-standard exceptions, recommending actions for improvement.
  • You will maintain dashboards and reports to align with predefined success criteria for the sales organization.
 
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree required; degree in statistics, analytics, or finance preferred
  • 5 – 7+ years of experience in analytics or data-focused roles, preferably in the tech industry.
  • Advanced skills in Excel, Tableau, SQL and dashboarding (Tableau or LookerStudio)
  • Experience with Google Workspace (Docs, Drive, Sheets, Slides)
  • Salesforce experience strongly preferred
