What You'll Be Doing

Your primary responsibility is driving revenue growth by developing, coaching, and leading a high-performing sales team.


You'll focus on helping sales representatives improve close rates, increase production, and consistently achieve performance goals while maintaining Rare Bears Fencing's culture and values.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Driving revenue growth through strong sales leadership and team performance
  • Coaching and developing sales representatives to improve close rates and sales results
  • Conducting regular sales training, role-play sessions, and performance reviews
  • Holding team members accountable to KPIs, activity standards, and revenue goals
  • Identifying performance gaps and implementing coaching plans to improve results
  • Supporting hiring, onboarding, and development of new sales representatives
  • Assisting team members with objection handling, sales strategy, and closing opportunities
  • Collaborating with leadership to achieve growth goals and expand market share
  • Helping refine and improve sales processes, training, and best practices
  • Building a culture of ownership, accountability, faith, and continuous improvement

Hours & Schedule

This is a full-time leadership position.

  • Primarily Monday through Friday
  • Occasional evening or Saturday availability as needed to support coaching, training, and sales activities

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has 5+ years of sales experience
  • Has 2+ years of sales management experience
  • Has a proven track record of developing and improving sales performance
  • Communicates effectively and leads with confidence
  • Excels at coaching, mentoring, and holding people accountable
  • Demonstrates high integrity and professionalism
  • Possesses strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Has a growth mindset and commitment to continuous improvement
  • Wants to help build a high-performance sales culture

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Home services sales leadership experience
  • Experience in fencing, construction, roofing, HVAC, solar, or remodeling industries
  • Experience building sales systems and training programs
  • Experience tracking KPIs and performance metrics
  • Experience hiring, onboarding, and developing sales professionals
