Sales Executive - Local Market (Omaha / Low Voltage & Structured Cabling)

Job Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $70k-$90k base + Commission
Prime Connected is hiring a Sales Executive focused on driving new business in the Omaha and surrounding market. This role is built for someone with an established local network in low voltage, construction, healthcare, or related industries who knows how to open doors and close deals. You will own the full sales cycle from relationship building and networking to quoting and closing with a strong focus on bringing in new business.
What You'll Do
Develop new business across the Omaha metro and surrounding market through networking, referrals, and direct outreach
Build and maintain relationships with contractors, healthcare facilities, property managers, and local decision-makers
Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, quoting, negotiation, and close
Identify and pursue opportunities in structured cabling, low voltage, and infrastructure projects
Create and manage a consistent pipeline of qualified opportunities
Partner with internal teams to ensure projects are scoped correctly and set up for success
Represent Prime Connected at local events, job sites, and industry functions
What We're Looking For
Proven sales professional with a hunter mentality
Existing relationships in the Omaha area and surrounding market (low voltage, construction, healthcare, education, data centers or similar industries)
Experience generating new business through cold outreach, networking, and referrals
Strong ability to build trust and close deals independently
Comfortable owning deals from first conversation through signed contract
Self-motivated and driven to hit revenue and margin goals
Preferred Experience
3+ years low voltage, structured cabling, electrical, or construction-related sales or installation
Experience selling services or project-based work
Familiarity with estimating, quoting, or job scoping
Knowledgeable in structured cabling, low voltage and fiber materials and equipment
