Opening with our technology solutions client for an Inside Sales Manager. This is a hybrid role in the Wexford, PA area.

Looking for someone with at least 3 years of inside sales and sales development experience preferably from a software technology solutions or similar industry. The ideal candidate will have prior experience with intent-based tools like 6sense to reach prospects.

Responsibilities
  • Use intent-based marketing strategies and tools to identify and qualify leads actively seeking solutions or products related to our offerings.
  • Perform outbound prospecting activities, including cold calling, email outreach, and social media engagement, to initiate contact with potential customers.
  • Work in conjunction with the sales team to ensure alignment between lead generation efforts and sales objectives.
  • Manage and prioritize leads effectively, ensuring timely follow-up and engagement.
  • Utilize CRM/Marketing/Intent Software tools for lead management and pipeline tracking.
  • Analyze sales data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for optimization.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in sales development and lead generation.
 

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in inside sales for a technology solution or related company.
  • Demonstrated track record of success in exceeding targets.
  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies and processes.
  • Experience using CRM/Marketing/Intent Software tools for lead management and pipeline tracking (e.g., Salesforce, Pardot, 6Sense, Gong, HubSpot, Outreach, Seamless, Zoom, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
