    WHAT YOU WILL DO

    • Research approved target accounts, applications, programs, and buying contacts using ZoomInfo, CRM data, public sources, and internal information.
    • Build and maintain target-account and contact lists across OEMs, integrators, primes, distributors, manufacturer representatives, and past customers.
    • Execute personalized outreach by email, phone, and approved social channels; qualify interest and schedule discovery, customer, rep, and executive meetings.
    • Keep account ownership, classification, contacts, activities, next steps, opportunities, and follow-up current in the CRM.
    • Prepare concise account and meeting briefs; capture meaningful meetings; track open quote follow-up and coordinate with the formal NetSuite quote/order process.
    • Support manufacturer rep groups with contact records, joint target lists, activity tracking, training coordination, and scheduled check-ins.
    • Coordinate customer visits, travel, trade-show appointments, materials, and post-event follow-up so meaningful activity results in a clear next step.

    WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

You will help create more qualified customer conversations while making DPC easier to work with internally. Success is measured by meeting quality, sales-accepted opportunities, target and contact coverage, complete CRM records, timely follow-through, rep engagement, and strong preparation for customer visits and events-not simply raw activity volume.

Early focus includes clean target and contact coverage, qualified meetings accepted by senior sales, accurate CRM records with no stale next steps, timely quote follow-up, prepared meetings, and closed-loop post-event activity.

You will report directly to the National Director of Sales and Business Development, and work closely with senior sales, engineering, marketing, and manufacturer representative partners. Your focus is to create qualified access and reliable commercial execution so experienced sellers can focus on strategic accounts and complex opportunities.
