Sales Coordinator

Sales Coordinator - Contract - $29-39 per HR

The position involves working remotely as a Sales Coordinator responsible for supporting sales operations, including forecasting, reporting, and escalation management. The role requires collaboration across multiple teams and key customers, utilizing various generic technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Support channel aging reduction by consolidating distributor inventory reporting.
• Manage weekly reporting including shipment tracking and executive updates.
• Coordinate forecasting and planning calls, providing guidance on backorders.
• Oversee allocation management to prioritize end-user allocations.
• Handle customer service requests related to orders, inventory, and shipments.

Qualifications

• Proven sales and negotiation experience with 5-7 years in the field.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and planning capabilities.
• Advanced presentation abilities and market knowledge.
