FASTSIGNS® of San Jose-Campbell is hiring for a Sales Administrative Assistant/CSR to join our team!

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Sales Administrative Assistant/CSR to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will work closely with our account managers to support sales operations, manage administrative tasks, and ensure smooth communication between clients and our sales team. Your proactive approach and organizational skills will contribute to delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining efficient office workflows.

Our centers deliver high-quality visual communication products designed to help businesses and individuals make impactful impressions.   • Greet customers and provide general front counter support.
  • Answer incoming phone calls and respond to general email inquiries.
  • Collect project details and customer information to support account managers and the sales team.
  • Client communications through internal system.
  • Accept and process customer payments using various payment methods.
  • Provide product information and help guide customers to appropriate solutions.
  • Site surveying.
  • Representative for network meetings.
  • Daily outbound sales calls.


  • 1-2 years of office or clerical experience in a fast-paced environment
  • 1-2 years of retail or counter sales experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent



  • Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn internal software systems
  • Proficiency in Gmail and Google Workspace
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail 
  • Strong customer service and phone etiquette
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced office environment
  • Outgoing, responsive, eager to learn and has the ability to build relationships
  • Great listening and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure to output high volume, high-quality work
  • Ability to sit for 4 hours or more
  • Ability to view a computer screen for 4 hours or more

Compensation: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
