Sales Administrative Assistant

As the Sales Admin Assistant, you will provide vital administrative support to our sales team, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in person and by phone professionally
- Enter and update information accurately in CRM systems
- Assist with inventory records and vehicle postings
- Schedule appointments and assist with customer follow-up
- Support daily administrative operations to keep deals moving
Qualifications:
- Experience in administrative, office support, dealership, BDC, or receptionist roles preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills (phone, email, in-person)
- Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office
- Reliable and self-motivated
- High school diploma or equivalent required
