We are seeking a detail-oriented professional with strong Sales and Distribution experience to join our team and work closely with a Commercial Healthcare Logistics Client.<\/span><\/span> <\/p> <\/span><\/span> <\/p>As the S4HANA SD & Pricing Consultant, you will design and implement SAP S/4HANA SD and Pricing or a global healthcare logistics network, covering B2B contracts, transportation and warehousing services, parcel/air/ground charges, and value-added logistics services for healthcare customers.<\/span><\/span> <\/p>Duties and Responsibilities:<\/span> <\/h3> <\/span><\/span> <\/p>· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Design SD processes for contracts, sales orders, deliveries, shipments, and billing for logistics and distribution services (transport, storage, kitting, relabeling) sold to pharma, med-device, and lab customers.<\/span><\/span> <\/p>· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Configure complex pricing for freight, accessorials, surcharges (e.g., cold-chain handling, priority services), storage fees, and value-added services using S/4HANA pricing procedures.<\/span><\/span> <\/p>· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Enable charging models like weight/zone-based charges, fuel surcharges, temperature-control fees, and SLA-based premiums, integrated to FI/CO and profitability analysis.<\/span><\/span> <\/p>· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Align SD with logistics execution (LE), TM/EWM (where in scope), and parcel/Carrier integrations for rating and freight settlement.<\/span><\/span> <\/p>· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Support conversion of existing SD and pricing from legacy SAP to S/4HANA, including condition records, contracts, and customer hierarchies.<\/span><\/span> <\/p>· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Work directly with sales, commercial, and operations leaders in healthcare logistics to standardize offerings and price logic across regions.<\/span><\/span> <\/p> <\/div><\/span> Requirements<\/h3>Minimum Qualifications/Experience:<\/span> <\/h3> <\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/p>· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>8+ years in SAP SD with 3+ full-cycle S/4HANA implementations (conversion/greenfield), including complex pricing configuration.<\/span><\/span> <\/p>· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Deep expertise in O2C processes: sales contracts, order management, delivery/shipment processing, billing, and credit management in S/4HANA.<\/span><\/span> <\/p>· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Proven experience configuring pricing procedures with condition types, access sequences, scales, discounts/rebates, and surcharges for service-based businesses.<\/span><\/span> <\/p>· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Hands-on experience with SD integration to FI/CO, MM/LE, and transportation management for revenue posting and freight settlement.<\/span><\/span> <\/p>· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Demonstrated success in SAP data migration for SD master data, condition records, and transactional data during system conversions.<\/span><\/span> <\/p>· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Industry experience in 3PL/4PL logistics, parcel/express carriers, or freight forwarding serving healthcare/pharma clients.<\/span><\/span> <\/p> <\/span><\/span> <\/p>Preferred Skills:<\/span><\/span> <\/p>· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Experience with GDP-compliant billing for temperature-sensitive shipments and regulated products.<\/span><\/span> <\/p>· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Working knowledge of EDI/IDoc for order/invoice exchanges with healthcare customers and carriers.<\/span><\/span> <\/p>· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Exposure to SAP Fiori apps for sales/pricing and SAP Activate methodology for brownfield conversions.<\/span><\/span> <\/p>· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Basic ABAP debugging for pricing routines and custom enhancements.<\/span><\/span> <\/p> <\/span><\/span> <\/p>Minimum Education:<\/span> <\/h3> <\/span><\/span> <\/p>· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
