RSI Sales Representative

Century Fire Protection is looking for a driven Repair Service & Inspection Sales Representative to bring in new business and grow relationships with existing customers. You'll help businesses identify their fire and life safety needs, recommend solutions, and build a strong customer base across your territory.

️ What You'll Do

• Generate new business through cold calls, warm leads, and customer outreach.

• Sell inspection services for fire sprinklers, fire alarms, fire extinguishers, emergency lighting, and fire suppression systems.

• Follow up on leads, schedule sales calls, and identify customer needs.

• Cross-sell additional services to existing customers.

• Conduct site surveys and work with management to develop pricing and proposals.

• Prepare accurate quotes, proposals, and contracts.

• Build customer relationships, resolve concerns, and provide fire code guidance.

• Maintain a strong sales pipeline and identify opportunities for growth.

• Track sales activity and present business plans during monthly management meetings.

• Develop knowledge of your territory, market, and available services.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Strong sales, communication, and relationship-building skills.

• Ability to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate fire and life safety solutions.

• Excellent organization, follow-up, and customer service skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
