What You'll Do
As a Restaurant Manager, you'll lead by example, inspire your team, and drive operational excellence throughout the Guest experience. From floor management to team coaching, you'll be at the heart of a dynamic, high-performance environment.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Lead daily restaurant operations with poise, professionalism, and urgency
- Deliver consistent, elevated hospitality as both host and experience guide
- Develop and mentor front-of-house Team Members through feedback and leadership
- Manage Guest flow, reservations and high-volume service with precision
- Execute and uphold all M Street standards and procedures
- Identify opportunities to add value to the Guest experience
- Champion organizational goals and shift priorities seamlessly when needed
- Build a positive, accountable team culture rooted in data, communication, and trust
- Maintaining impeccable professionalism, poise, and energy throughout the shift
- Ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of restaurant management experience (fine dining/high-volume preferred)
- Corporate and independent restaurant experience preferred
- A proven ability to lead, inspire and hold teams accountable
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Data-driven decision-making and process ownership
- Calm, solutions-oriented presence under pressure
- Flexibility, resilience, and a commitment to continuous improvement
- A genuine passion for hospitality and Guest connection
- Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
