Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional guest service and consistent execution of brand standards
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability and hospitality
- Manage staffing, scheduling, and labor to support operational efficiency and financial goals
- Drive sales and profitability through strong operational controls and attention to detail
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and food safety standards
- Conduct pre-shift meetings and communicate daily priorities and performance goals
- Partner with kitchen and front-of-house teams to deliver seamless and memorable dining experiences
- Address guest concerns with professionalism and urgency, ensuring overall satisfaction
- Support ongoing training and development initiatives to build future leaders
