We're bringing a fresh neighborhood concept to West Ashley—chef-driven breakfast by day, handcrafted pizza and craft cocktails by night. It's the kind of place where great food, great drinks, and a laid-back atmosphere come together. Grab breakfast before work, meet friends for pizza after, or let the kids play pinball while you enjoy another round.

We're looking for a Restaurant Manager who loves hospitality, thrives on creating energy, and believes every guest deserves a great place to relax anytime, any place with anyone.

What You'll Do

You'll lead the front of the house while partnering with the Kitchen Manager to create a restaurant known for exceptional hospitality, chef-inspired food, and an atmosphere that's both relaxed and unforgettable.

You'll:

• Lead from the floor, engaging with guests and supporting your team every shift.
• Create an environment where guests feel welcomed, valued, and eager to return.
• Coach and develop a hospitality-focused team that delivers friendly and authentic experiences.
• Ensure every plate, every drink, and every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence.
• Partner with the Kitchen Manager to deliver a seamless guest experience from first greeting to final thank you.
• Manage daily operations, scheduling, labor, and financial performance while maintaining high standards throughout the restaurant.

We're Looking for Someone Who

• Has 2+ years of restaurant management experience in a faced paced, from scratch restaurant.
• Naturally connects with guests and enjoys being present on the dining room floor.
• Leads with positivity, energy, and accountability.
• Builds teams that genuinely enjoy taking care of people.
• Holds high standards for hospitality, food quality, cleanliness, and attention to detail.
• Stays calm, organized, and solutions-focused during busy service.
• Wants to help launch an exciting new concept and build something special from the very beginning.
