Strong General Managers can continue developing toward Area Regional Leader, taking what they've learned running one successful restaurant and using it to support multiple restaurants and their leaders. Restaurant General Managers are eligible for SBH Foods' performance-based store bonus program, with opportunities to earn additional compensation every four weeks when qualifying restaurant performance goals are achieved.

As the senior leader in the restaurant, you'll take ownership of the day-to-day operation — from guest experience and food quality to staffing, training, scheduling, inventory, and restaurant performance.

• Lead daily restaurant operations ensuring top-notch food quality, guest service, and cleanliness
• Build, coach, and develop a motivated and enthusiastic team to achieve outstanding results
• Manage staffing, scheduling, inventory, and restaurant performance with strong organizational skills
• Create a positive and fun work environment where great people can do great work
• Handle guest concerns promptly to maintain excellent guest satisfaction

Who You Are

• At least 18 years old with previous restaurant management or leadership experience
• A strong communicator with excellent people-development and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable making quick decisions in a fast-paced, energetic environment
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage restaurant performance effectively
• Willing to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Committed to integrity, teamwork, and supporting Popeyes’ Cajun hospitality culture

Earn More When Your Restaurant Wins

Restaurant General Managers are eligible for SBH Foods' performance-based store bonus program, with opportunities to earn additional compensation every four weeks when qualifying restaurant performance goals are achieved.

General Managers at designated Training Stores are eligible for an enhanced bonus in ecognition of the additional responsibility of developing incoming SBH Foods leaders.

SBH Foods also recognizes strong General Managers who take on designated restaurant turnaround assignments with additional performance-based earning opportunities.

Physical Requirements

This position requires the ability to:

• Stand and move throughout the restaurant for extended periods
• Work in a fast-paced restaurant environment
• Bend, reach, lift, carry, and perform physical restaurant responsibilities as needed
• Work across restaurant stations and support food preparation, stocking, cleaning, and guest service
• Safely perform the physical tasks necessary to support restaurant operations
