About the role

Four Seasons Private Residences Las Vegas is seeking a Residential General Manager to manage the day-to-day operational aspects of their residential business. As one of the leaders in branded residences since 1982, Four Seasons currently operate 59 residential properties around the world and 80% of the projects in our pipeline contain a residential component.

What you will do

The Residential General Manager drives all leadership and management for all aspects of the Residential operation. They will be the advocate for homeowners and the homeowners governing bodies. They will be required to manage the luxury private residences with specific focus on the following attributes - Property Management, Financial Management, Asset Management, HOA Management, Service & Lifestyle and People.

Monitor the development and implementation of Residential brand strategies and supports the team in delivering flawless execution. The Residential General Manager will own the development and implementation of property-wide initiatives that deliver products and services that create owner engagement while remaining in-line with the Residential entity governing agreements. Acts as the liaison between the Developer, the Homeowner and the third-party restaurant operator, fostering positive relationships between all parties.

What you bring

• Currently serving as a Hotel Manager, Director of Operations or Director of Residences, with a minimum of 15 years of progressive leadership experience in luxury hospitality or real estate management.

• Professional proficiency in written and spoken English is essential.

• A bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Degree in Hospitality, Real Estate Management, Business or Finance is required.

• Professional property management certification such as IREM or CAI or similar preferred

• In-depth knowledge of Forbes Five-Star and LQA product and service standards, with a strong track record in delivering world-class luxury experiences preferred.

• Proven ability to inspire, mentor, and develop high-performing, diverse teams, fostering a culture of integrity, collaboration, and excellence.

• Ability to work closely with all stakeholders' homeowner association & board, developer and Four Seasons team to attain shared goals
