Remote Travel Advisor

Travel Navigator Co. is looking for an enthusiastic, organized individual to join our team as a Travel Advisor. In this role, you will help clients choose and book all-inclusive resort getaways, from beach escapes to romantic trips, making sure each stay fits their needs and budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with selecting and booking all-inclusive resorts, vacation packages, cruises and add-on experiences
• Speak with clients to learn about their travel dates, group size, preferences, and budgets
• Research resorts and destinations and recommend options that match each client's goals
• Explain room types, meal plans, amenities, and package inclusions in a clear, helpful way
• Confirm availability, pricing, and reservation details with travel suppliers
• Send clients timely confirmations, updates, and pre-trip reminders
• Help resolve issues and handle changes to existing reservations
• Keep accurate records of bookings, payments, and client information
• Follow company procedures and support the team with administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Experience in customer service, hospitality, sales, or travel is helpful but not required
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
• Friendly, clear communication and a customer-first attitude
• Comfortable using computers, online platforms, and virtual communication tools
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment with reliable internet access
• Interest in travel and helping others plan memorable getaways
• Must be at least 18 years of age and authorized to work
