Registered Respiratory Therapist - Respiratory Therapy

Summary:

• Duration: 14 Weeks
• Shift: 12-Hour Nights | 6:45 PM 7:15 AM
• Location: Anschutz & Network of Care (North or South), Denver Metro area

Responsibilities:

• Work on Thanksgiving Holiday (11/25, 11/26 & 11/27) with RTO Blackout Dates 09/13-09/19, 10/25-11/01, 11/22-11/28
• Must be available to work 2 of the 3 holidays
• Complete 13 weekend shifts out of 26 (Saturday or Sunday)
• Float or reassign to other areas within clinical competence to fulfill guaranteed hours

Requirements:

• Education: Associate of Applied Science (AAS) in Cardiopulmonary
• Travel Experience: Must have prior travel assignment experience
• Licensure/Certification: Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
• Minimum 3 years Pediatric ICU experience
• Minimum 3 years Neonatal ICU experience
• Minimum 1 year Pediatric Level 1 Trauma experience
• Required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, NRP

Preferred Skills:

• Minimum 4 years Pediatric ICU experience
• Minimum 4 years Neonatal ICU experience
• Minimum 2 years Pediatric Level 1 Trauma experience

Additional Notes:

• No RTO approved within the first two weeks of the assignment
• Medical and religious exemption requests from the seasonal influenza vaccination are allowed
