Respiratory Therapist (Registered) in the pediatric intensive care unit at a healthcare facility in the Denver, Colorado area. This 13-week assignment requires providing respiratory therapy for neonatal and pediatric patients, including those in Pediatric Intensive Care Units (PICU), Neonatal Intensive Care Units (NICU), Pediatric Emergency Departments, and Pediatric Level 1 Trauma areas. The role involves working the night shift and adhering to client float policies, with opportunities to work on both North and South Campuses within a thirty-five-mile radius.

  • Location: Denver, Colorado area
  • Shift: 12-hour night shifts, from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM
  • Schedule: 36 hours per week, for 13 weeks (from 10/06/2026 to 01/09/2027)
  • Required Qualifications: Associate of Applied Science (AAS) in Cardiopulmonary, Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification, minimum of 3 years Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) experience, minimum of 3 years Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (Level 3 or 4), minimum of 1 year Pediatric Emergency Department, minimum of 1 year Pediatric Level 1 Trauma, minimum of 5 years of RRT experience, ACLS, BLS, PALS, NRP certifications, travel experience, and licensure as a Registered Respiratory Therapist.
  • Float: Client reserves the right to float or reassign personnel within their clinical competence to other areas of practice within thirty-five miles of the assigned facility.
  • Additional Information: RTO (Requested Time Off): No more than 10 days off during the contract. No RTO approved within the first 2 weeks of assignment. Flu vaccination policy applies with medical and religious exemptions allowed.
  • Travel: Travel is required for this position.
