Job Summary:
Respiratory Therapist Registered (RT PEDS) in a pediatric care setting provides advanced-level respiratory care to patients. This role involves diagnosing, evaluating, treating, managing, and controlling deficiencies and abnormalities of the cardiopulmonary system based on physician prescriptions. The position includes acting as a resource for the Certified Respiratory Therapist staff and participating in clinical projects or assignments as needed.

Job Details:

  • Schedule: Night shifts, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week.
  • Required Qualifications: Graduate of a NBRC (National Board for Respiratory Care) approved Respiratory Therapist program from an accredited institution; current license as a Registered Respiratory Therapist in the state of practice; certification as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT); Basic Life Support (BLS).
