Title: Regional Territory Manager – Columbus, OHRegional Territory Manager – Columbus, Ohio Municipal Equipment, Inc. We pride ourselves on providing top-quality products, exceptional service, and trusted relationships that help our customers succeed.We are seeking a Regional Territory Manager based in the Columbus, Ohio area to help grow our market presence by developing relationships, driving sales, and representing the Municipal Equipment brand across the region.Key Responsibilities Sales & Territory Development Proactively develop and manage relationships with current and potential customers through in-person visits, phone calls, and email communication.Build and expand Municipal Equipment's brand recognition by promoting our full range of equipment and services.Strategically develop a sales route and schedule to maximize territory coverage and market penetration.Identify and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining and strengthening existing accounts.Deliver compelling product presentations, equipment demos, and training sessions to educate customers on product features and benefits.Qualify leads and manage the quoting process using Salesforce CRM for tracking, follow-up, and reporting.Facilitate equipment delivery and product support, including hands‑on demos — a CDL and clean driving record are required.Act as a liaison between customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure a smooth sales and delivery process.Work closely with internal staff, including parts, service, and administrative teams, to provide exceptional customer service.Maintain accurate weekly activity reports and communicate call schedules with company leadership.Cross‑Selling & Brand Building Promote the full Municipal Equipment offering, including new and used equipment, rentals, parts, and service.Organize and attend supplier site visits, factory tours, trade shows, and industry events to support sales and customer engagement.Training & Professional Development Attend in‑house and supplier training sessions as requested by leadership.Participate in industry association meetings and networking events to stay current on product innovations and market trends.Company Credit Card provided for travel expensesCompany Vehicle provided after 6 months of employmentHealth Insurance available starting the first of the month following hire datePaid Vacation and PTO per company policyOngoing professional development and trainingQualifications Prior sales experience in equipment, municipal, or related industries preferredExcellent communication, organization, and relationship‑building skillsSelf‑motivated with the ability to manage time and territory independentlyCDL (or ability to obtain within one year of hire) and clean driving record requiredAbout Municipal Equipment, Inc.
