Job Summary A respected technical industrial distributor is seeking a hands-on Regional Sales Manager to lead its Florida sales organization across multiple branch locations.

Reinforce sales process, CRM usage, metrics, and business cadence

Required Skills
Skills and Experience The ideal candidate will have experience leading salespeople in a technical distribution environment. Direct experience with process equipment or related industrial products would be helpful, but an exact product match is not required.
Strong potential backgrounds include industrial or technical distribution environments where sales teams sell application-based products or solutions to contractors, OEMs, end users, municipalities, manufacturers, or other industrial customers. Relevant areas may include process equipment, electrical or automation products, applied industrial products, MRO, infrastructure products, or similar technical distribution categories.
Additional qualifications include:
Proven experience managing and developing salespeople
Experience in technical industrial distribution or a closely related market
Comfort traveling regularly throughout Florida
Ability to coach newer sales representatives and improve performance
Strong customer and supplier relationship skills
Understanding of revenue, margin, sales activity, and retention metrics
Comfort with CRM, reporting, sales cadence, and performance expectations
Strong follow-through and communication skills

Compensation and Location
