This is a people-management role that requires previous experience with hiring, coaching, developing, and managing a team of outside sales representatives. You’ll hire, train, build and expand market growth (Dayton, Toledo, Cleveland +) You need to be a TRUE Leader who replicates hunter-closers in the field, building momentum through KPIs and sales and helping reps win while helping your communities.
