B2B OUTSIDE COMMERCIAL B2B - SALES MANAGER

This is an exciting opportunity as we are Expanding the Ohio Market SMB Sales Channel while working with ournational energy client. One of the Industries best Energy Company in the Nation wants a Leader ready to Grow!

This is a people-management role that requires previous experience with hiring, coaching, developing, and managing a team of outside sales representatives. You’ll hire, train, build and expand market growth (Dayton, Toledo, Cleveland +) You need to be a TRUE Leader who replicates hunter-closers in the field, building momentum through KPIs and sales and helping reps win while helping your communities.

Leadership Role

  • Hire, train, and coach new-hire B2B field reps in live selling environments
  • Develop hunter-closers focused on new client acquisition
  • Lead ride-alongs, real-time coaching, and field execution
  • Reinforce tablet-based selling, CRM discipline, and pipeline management

Who You Are

  • 3+ years building, scaling and leading B2B field sales (in the field)
  • Proven experience Leading B2B hunter closers(Retail and/or individual contributor sales experience alone is not sufficient to meet the needs of this role)
  • Comfortable with tablets, CRM, and digital sales tools
  • High energy, confident, and leads by example

Compensation Overview

  • $90K - $150K OTE (base salary + commissions + team sales overrides)
