The Regional HR Manager is a senior HR leadership opportunity supporting two unionized manufacturing sites with 500+ employees. Partner directly with plant leadership to drive employee relations, labor relations, talent development, workforce planning, and engagement initiatives while serving as a visible, hands-on presence throughout the operation.
This position is 5 days a week on-site in Western Massachusetts.

This position serves as the senior-most HR leader for two unionized manufacturing facilities in Western Massachusetts, representing a workforce of more than 500 employees. Acting as a strategic partner to site leadership, the role oversees a broad range of HR functions including employee and labor relations, investigations, leadership development, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, compliance, and employee engagement.
The successful candidate will be a hands-on HR professional who is equally comfortable driving strategic initiatives and managing day-to-day operational challenges. The role requires a strong presence on the manufacturing floor, building credibility with employees and leaders while providing guidance on business strategy, talent management, and organizational growth. Deep employee relations expertise is required, and experience working within a unionized environment is strongly preferred.
