Responsibilities of the Human Resource Generalist

• 
  
• The Human Resources Generalist will support day-to-day HR operations while providing guidance and assistance to employees and managers
• 
  
• Assist with recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and maintaining employee records
• 
  
• Support employee relations by responding to questions, addressing concerns, and helping resolve workplace issues
• 
  
• Assist with benefits administration, payroll coordination, and other HR-related processes as needed
• 
  
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and ensure HR documentation is organized and up to date
• 
  
• Help coordinate employee training, performance management, and company initiatives
• 
  
• Ensure HR practices and processes are carried out consistently and in accordance with company policies and applicable employment laws
• 
  

Preferred Qualifications of the Human Resources Generalist

• 
  
• Understanding of HR practices, employment policies and employee relations
• 
  
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
• 
  

Salary: $65,000-$75,000
