The Department of Developmental Services (DDS) has an immediate opening for a Recruitment Coordinator in the Central West Region. The selected candidate will work under the direction of the Regional Director or designee and collaborate with the Executive Office of Health and Human Services (EHS) Human Resources and DDS Regional Management Team to determine hiring needs, placement of candidates, and plan strategic recruitment activities.
The Recruitment Coordinator will serve as the point person working with EHS Human Resources for all hiring activities through MassCareers which includes: creating postings, advertising, phone screening applicants, and coordinating interviews of applicants.
The incumbent will follow up with the candidate and/or hiring managers regarding the hiring process. The position will present information and updates to the Regional Management Team and be involved in strategic planning activities as it relates to recruitment and retention.
